Kenzie Lynn is an American-based artist.
She attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 2014 with her Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. She has been showing her work in international juried exhibitions as well as solo shows since 2014. In October of 2015, she co-curated her first group exhibition, and has since went on to organize and curate additional shows. Currently she is working and publishing comics online, as well as exploring residency programs across Europe.

I'm constantly fascinated by the way narrative develops emotion and connection. Creating my own stories seems second nature to me, my imagination always active, inspired by tangible events, sincere memories, profound experiences; and more importantly, the undeniable emotions created by them.

I would describe my own work as "feeling too much", intentional and not - The strongest, even subconscious emotions will always arise to the surface.

I seek to understand human existence. Sometimes it seems fruitless to analyze my own reality, however to create powerful fictional characters, one must first understand what it means to be human.
I explore the emotions we hide, and the feelings we are embarrassed to feel - as those intense feelings are the ones that give us our humanity.

I seek to create a world relatable to lost minds seeking refuge,

escaping to a place where we see a part of our real selves in our fantasies.
